We use UPS Ground

Shipping & handling charge is a set fee and will be calculated at checkout.  

All packages will be insured for their value.

 

MINIMUM ORDER:  $50.00 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses and Canada will cost more. 

You need to e-mail me with what you'd like to purchase and I'll manually 

calculate the cost plus shipping and insurance.

 

All pottery is very well packed and insured. 

After payment is received, your order will be mailed within 3 working days (in most cases). 

 

If your pottery arrives broken: Contact Beth within 7 days of order receipt to notify her of the loss. 

Keep the box, packing, broken item until after you contact me. 

We may ask for a picture of the broken item(s).

with your info about the damage. Beth will file a claim with UPS.  

Your Pottery will be replaced if at all possible.  

If we're out of that particular item you may choose another item of equal price.

 

** To return an item: 

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. 

If you wish to return an item, contact Beth within 7 days of order receipt 

(see contact info above). 

Let me know what you are returning.  I'll give you the information on how to return at that time.  

Pack the pottery well, and send it back to me. 

If it arrives in re-sellable condition, 

I will gladly refund your purchase price (not including any shipping costs).
